I came back to my country, Uruguay, after 10 years living in Argentina and Uruguay. In 2004, on my return, many people were scared about the economy and future. This is where I found Endeavor: A place where positive attitudes were prevalent and your global experiences could add tools and impact to many.
Endeavor gave me a chance to interact with people that share my same vision, including staff, mentors, board members and obviously the entrepreneurs. My position as a mentor is fulfilling as you see those people giving their best to become better and work like crazy (while leveraging the ecosystem) to make their dreams come true. Endeavor is a very disciplined organization. It manages the best entrepreneurs and mentors in each geography. It has global reach and success stories. Being part of that network is both enriching and a learning process.
Entrepreneurs are in my point of view the fabric of the future. They dream, create, fail, succeed, employ, push to change rules, make the world smaller. Endeavor as a catalyst for all these trends has a larger role to play in enabling this to happen in new locations worldwide.
