I started to work at Endeavor because I wanted to learn from the best: The best team, the best entrepreneurs, the best mentors. I didn’t entirely understand Endeavor before my interview, but what I knew was that it was the most important source for supporting entrepreneurship in my country, Brazil. Working at Endeavor has transformed me as a person, making me work harder for my own development in business. It has also inspired me thorugh the stories of the entrepreneurs, and has taught me what entrepreneurship really is — far more than what’s written on books.

Endeavor is very valuable today for my career, and will continue to be even after I leave the organization as staff. And that isbecause network is about people, and it’s our personal job to keep those relationships going. I hope that one day Endeavor doesn’t need to exist in Brazil anymore. By that I mean I hope Brazil has built an ecosystem so connected, so well-funded, and so easy to work in, that Endeavor’s support services aren’t needed anymore.
