I first heard of Endeavor through my cousin’s girlfriend, who worked in one of the Mexico offices. I had been working for one month at a bank as my first job after finishing college, but it didn’t leave me satisfied or feeling like I was making a difference. I found out Endeavor was hiring, and interviewed. Even though they would pay me less than the bank did, something inside me told me I was making the right decision, and it was — one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I eventually left Endeavor to become an entrepreneur myself. Endeavor was an accelerator for me; it revolutionized the way I view the world, how I understand business, and taught me about the potential support that can exist if you connect people for the right reasons at the right time.

Being part of Endeavor makes me feel relevant, makes me confident that I real role to play in the network, which is spreading Endeavor’s vision throughout the ecosystem. I love the idea that Endeavor will be known by many people and that this will make its impact even bigger.
