Endeavor has impacted my life quite a bit: I have spent 12 years of my career at Endeavor. Half of my friends come from the Endeavor network. My kids speak English as their first language because of Endeavor. Some of my favorite moments are seeing how excited the Endeavor team members get when their offices’ entrepreneurs get selected, for example: a previous managing director swimming at 4:00 in the morning, unwittingly among sharks, in Miami to celebrate.
Being part of the Endeavor network instills in me a sense of pride. It means waking up Monday morning with a big smile, and going to work knowing that our work is changing lives. I believe that in five years from now, we will expand to as many cities, select as many entrepreneurs, and increase revenues, jobs and impact by as much as we have done in the last 20 years. In 10 years we will be three times the size we are today. In 20 years Endeavor will be awarded a Nobel Prize in Economics and another one in Peace for effectively making the world a better place.
