Sitting in “La Biela” (in Buenos Aires) in August 1998, I listened to Peter Kellner telling me about the organization he started for entrepreneurs (the meaning of which, at the time, I had no idea), which would support them without taking any equity/economic interest in them — an idea I thought was crazy! Today, it’s incredible to see how far this vision has come.
Being a founder-CEO is a lonely job, where emotions run high and pressure can make the future look blurry. When I joined the network, I knew that Endeavor, with its network of fellow entrepreneurs, would provide me with support in those moments when you need them the most.
Endeavor’s greatest impact on me has been the introduction to amazing entrepreneurs, staff and mentors who have become close friends and advisors. Today I have the privilege to connect with Endeavor as an entrepreneur, mentor to other entrepreneurs, and as an investor in the investor network. I love how flexible, horizontal, and dynamic the network is and every time I connect with anyone at Endeavor I can trust it will be a conversation that I will learn from and feel great about. I feel privileged to be associated with such an amazing organization.
