I met Fernando Fabre during my last semester in college when I took a class with him, and got engaged with high-imapct entrepreneurship and Endeavor. Nine years later, I´m still working to transform the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Mexico with Endeavor. I love Endeavor and the entrepreneurs, and truly believe that there is no other transformative organization like Endeavor. No one day is the same, it’s fun to work here and get in touch with such an extraordinary network. Even working with Endeavor, you are able to develop strong professional competency in areas such as leadership, emotional intelligence, deep knowledge and understanding of different business models, entrepreneurship, and finally, what it means to be part of an ecosystem. I think that one’s relationship with Endeavor never ends; it just evolves. The culture of Endeavor is strong enough to transcend the organization itself. As Peter Thiel said: “People at a successful startup are fanatically right about something those outside it have missed.” Everyone at Endeavor is excited about being part of the transformative mission.
